Acrylic paint is a fast drying paint, in which the pigments are contained in an emulsion of an acrylic polymer. They are soluble in water, but they dry very fast and once they are dried they are very resistant to water. Drying slightly modifies the tone, more than in oil. The artisan, when painting each of the pieces, leaves a piece of it, its history and its learning, achieving unique finishes since no piece will be exactly the same.
